How will the Intuitive Reading I just ordered from your website be delivered to me?
Intuitive Readings may be delivered by Skype (audio or video), YouTube Video (UNLISTED), or email (document ONLY). You will be asked to choose which method you prefer after purchase. 

​I purchased an Intuitive Reading and haven't heard from you. What's the problem?
If you haven't received an email from me after 48 hours time please check your SPAM folder. If you still do not find an email  response from me then please send me another email at cricketsong@lunarwisdom.net.

Will you Read for me in person in my home or meet me somewhere else?
I will if you live in Washington state and I charge a $2.00 per mile travel fee within the King / South Snohomish counties. Any distance North of Everett, South of Tukwila, or East of Redmond will be charged in additional to the travel fee a commute fee of $50.00.
 
Will you Read at my Halloween / Birthday / Bachelorette / party or other social gathering?
Yes! Please send an email to cricketsong@lunarwisdom.net to discuss my rates.
 
How do I reschedule my appointment?
If you need to reschedule, you should send an email to cricketsong@lunarwisdom.net with the subject title: RESCHEDULE up to 2 hours prior to your appointment time.
 
What should I do if I need to cancel my appointment?
You should send an email to cricketsong@lunarwisdom.net with the subject title: CANCELLATION up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you desire a refund please request it. All cancellations prior to the 24 hours prior to your scheduled time will receive a full refund and all cancellations within the 24 hour period will receive a 50% refund. 
 
What do I do if I forgot about my appointment and didn’t show up?
Send an email to cricketsong@lunarwisdom.net as soon as you realized you missed your appointment with the subject title: MISSED APPOINTMENT and you will be offered a rescheduled tine for you. Clients who are a "no show" twice will not be accepted as a client in the future.
