My family and I were at my parents’ house – the house I spent most of my childhood (we moved there in 1973). It was in the afternoon (recently – the weather was crisp like this morning) and my Dad, husband, son and I were outside in the front yard while my daughter and Mom were inside the house. I’m not sure what we were doing exactly but there was a lot of activity in the street, which is unusual because my parents live in a rather quiet housing development. The three of us looked up to the sky and saw a strange cloud formation. It wasn’t very large but it looked rather odd.
Dad was the first to realize what it was. “Oh, it’s a helicopter.”
But it was flying really low, so low that we could read the writing on the side of it.
This craft flew over the house into the backyard. The three of us ran to follow it. We ran into the house through the front door. I stopped inside the house while the others ran out the back door into the yard.
My Mom was freaking out inside of the house. My daughter was crying hysterically. I tried to calm them both down.
“Everything will be OK,” I say to my daughter. “Mom, you need to breathe deeply.”
I hugged my daughter and spoke to my Mom who was leaning over the kitchen sink sweating and vomiting.
My son came back into the kitchen. “Mom! Mom! Come here!”
I go to the back door where he is standing and see the aircraft hovering over the backyard. There is a group of city workers (well, men dressed like city workers) digging a hole in my parents’ back yard with the aircraft hovering over them. The hole isn’t very wide but it’s probably about three feet deep. There is a man standing in the hole digging.
There are other men walking around the yard with meters of some sort and two other men in suits watching the digging.
I look up at the hovering craft then back down to the workers. This is when I see that there are more beings standing in the yard than just the humans. The realization doesn’t come as a shock or surprise.
My Dad approaches one of the supervisors.
“What is going on here? Why are you digging a hole in my yard?”
The man that my Dad approached looks over to my Dad then sees me. He realizes that I am looking at his companions, which no one else is seeing but me. The man points to me and says, “Her. She’s the one.”
The light beings all turn and look at me.
I recognized them. SaiRa is with them and she approaches me.
I wake up.
