The High Priestess is a position of service, not only to her gods, but to her coven and community. She has been called to this role by her gods, which makes her clergy. She is a Priestess who knows her Craft, who understands magick and is proficient in energy work. She has an ongoing intimate relationship with her gods and has experience with invocation and aspecting. She has exceptional communication skills and is comfortable managing a group of people, which includes handing conflict resolution. She is organized and has written and lead rituals.
The High Priestess is self-aware, humble, kind, generous, compassionate, and patient. She possesses both intellectual and emotional maturity. She respects others and the sacredness within all living beings. She has a presence, which comes from self-knowledge and confidence in her abilities and power that others recognize. She has earned the respect of her coven and has no need to pronounce that she is a High Priestess. Anyone who has the need to inform others that she is a High Priestess is someone I am unconvinced is actually one.
